We provide fast, efficient, and low-costed production lines for liquid detergents.

Linear production lines can go up to 2.400 bottles while rotary lines can go up to 24.000 bottles. Capping is possible from the top (with the tork system) and the side (with the time mechanism). Shrink and palletizing machines can be added up to request. The filling is possible for acidic and non-acidic products. Filling machines are designed specially for detergents without foaming during filling. Our conveyors can bear every type of packaging besides their shapes and sizes without tumbling down. It is possible to rearrange details by the PLC system with a touch screen for the detergent's type and the wanted capacity to be produced. Mixing tanks are designed for detergents to accomplish homogenously. We work with globally-known brands for our machine parts.
